River Park Place is a highly regarded venue for conferences, seminars, workshops, training days, national product launches, trade shows, work parties virtually any function and size!

We offer five separate function areas catering from 10 to 1,000 guests, including the large outdoor arched shelter, or you can hire the entire venue exclusively for your event!

Major brand and local corporations hire our venue repeatedly quoting we are the perfect venue due to flexability allowing elegant seated conference facilities inside and the ultimate attached undercover area for displays or practical workshops (Privately set in parklands with no noise restrictions).

River Park Place is ideally located 15 minutes from Brisbane City and Brisbane Airport. All rooms have high ceilings, natural light, air-conditioning and outside access.

Rooms

The River Park Room

Spacious, modern and secluded, this room is ideal for large, private functions. Combined with River Park Lounge, it can seat up to 210 at round tables; 400 for cocktail and theatre style.

The River Park Lounge

Attractive, contemporary and well-designed, this area is perfect for smaller groups and more intimate affairs.

The Board Room

With its own projector screen, whiteboard and air-conditioning, the conference room is ideal for corporate training seminars or boardroom discussions up to 18 guests.

The Shelter

Perfect for large Christmas parties, casual outdoor events or product launches. Comfortably seating up to 600 people for a sit down meal, buffet or BBQ.

Add a marquee and increase to 800 people for a sit down meal. There is vehicle access to bring in equipment or entertainment. Jumping castle, giant football, animal nursery. There is room for it all. You are limited only by your imagination.
